On Saturday, October 4th, join us at the Basketball Hall of Fame for the second annual Party With 1 Purpose — a powerful evening of celebration, connection, and purpose in support of Breakthrough T1D and its mission to cure type 1 diabetes.

Led by Family Chair David Jr. and Sarah Fontaine, whose daughter Grace lives with T1D, this event brings together community members, advocates, and supporters for a night of meaningful impact. Guests will enjoy delicious food and drinks, an exciting auction, live music, and powerful stories from those affected by T1D.

This year, we are honored to feature the Kouflie family as our Fund A Cure Family. Their son Braden was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at just 7 years old. Since that life-changing day, the Kouflies have faced the everyday challenges of T1D with strength and determination. Their story will inspire guests to give generously to support critical research that could lead to better treatments — and one day, a cure.
