Off-To-College Program

In partnership with Breakthrough T1D and CDN (College Diabetes Network),
Dr. Jodie Ambrosino welcomes you to a Off-To-College Program

This workshop provides you with practical tools to manage the transition to college. Participate in a conversation with current college students living with T1D. Topics covered will include continuity of care, transitions and self-advocacy.

After a few short info sessions and a panel discussion, students and parents will split into separate groups for further discussions.
