If you’re an adult (18+) living with type 1 diabetes (T1D), after you finish walking the Breakthrough T1D Walk route, join us in suites 5 and 6 inside Sloan Park to connect with other adults living with T1D until noon!

Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
