These volunteers provide the first touchpoint to those new to T1D and those new to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breakthrought1d.org\/\">Breakthrough T1D<\/a> as an organization. They offer a first-hand perspective on life with T1D, educational and support resources, an introduction to their local chapter, and other local and national support and networking programs. Through email(s) and phone call(s), Outreach Ambassadors help Breakthrough T1D reach all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breakthrought1d.org\/support-children\/bag-of-hope\/\">Bag of Hope<\/a>, Teen and Adult Pack recipients, ensuring everyone receives a personal and warm welcome to the Breakthrough T1D family, regardless of where they are in their T1D journey.
