La actividad f\u00edsica es estupenda para tu cuerpo y tiene efectos positivos en tu mente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El control de la DT1 durante y despu\u00e9s del ejercicio empieza por aprender c\u00f3mo responden tus niveles de glucosa a los distintos tipos de ejercicio. Aprender la diferencia entre ejercicio aer\u00f3bico y anaer\u00f3bico es imprescindible si vives con una DT1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-5-font-size\" id=\"aerobic-exercise\">Ejercicio aer\u00f3bico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n conocido como ejercicio cardiovascular, el ejercicio aer\u00f3bico es cualquier actividad que realices durante un per\u00edodo prolongado, aumentando tambi\u00e9n tu frecuencia card\u00edaca. El ejercicio aer\u00f3bico utiliza principalmente glucosa como combustible, lo que significa que lo m\u00e1s probable es que provoque hipoglucemia si tienes demasiada insulina activa en el organismo en el momento del ejercicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Ejemplos de ejercicio aer\u00f3bico: andar, correr, f\u00fatbol, patinar, yoga, esquiar, trabajar en el jard\u00edn, limpiar la casa, bailar, etc.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-5-font-size\" id=\"anaerobic-exercise\">Ejercicio anaer\u00f3bico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n denominado ejercicio de alta intensidad y entrenamiento de fuerza, el ejercicio anaer\u00f3bico es cualquier actividad f\u00edsica que se realiza en puntas cortas, aunque tu frecuencia card\u00edaca se mantenga elevada y repitas esas puntas de intensidad durante un largo per\u00edodo de tiempo. Este tipo de ejercicio puede elevar tus niveles de glucosa en sangre al convertir el \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico en glucosa y utilizar la glucosa de tus m\u00fasculos como combustible. Un exceso de insulina durante el ejercicio aer\u00f3bico puede provocar un nivel bajo de glucosa en sangre. Una cantidad demasiado baja durante el ejercicio anaer\u00f3bico puede provocar un nivel alto de glucosa en sangre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recuerda que la mayor parte de la insulina de acci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida actual est\u00e1 activa en tu organismo durante unas 4 \u00f3 5 horas, con el pico m\u00e1ximo en torno a 1.5 horas. Esto significa que tendr\u00e1s que ser consciente de la IOB antes, durante y despu\u00e9s del ejercicio. Un exceso de IOB significa que puedes necesitar ingerir carbohidratos de acci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida antes, durante o despu\u00e9s del ejercicio para tratar o prevenir los niveles bajos de glucosa en sangre. Muchos expertos aconsejan hacer ejercicio al menos dos horas despu\u00e9s de la \u00faltima dosis de insulina para reducir el riesgo de un nivel bajo de glucosa en sangre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hacer ejercicio con diabetes tipo 1 requiere que lo planifiques con antelaci\u00f3n. Las personas que utilizan bombas pueden establecer tasas basales temporales para reducir r\u00e1pidamente la IOB en previsi\u00f3n del ejercicio. Saber cu\u00e1nta reducci\u00f3n necesita tu cuerpo depende en gran medida de la intensidad, el tipo y la duraci\u00f3n de tu entrenamiento, con el apoyo de tu equipo m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para las personas que toman insulina de acci\u00f3n prolongada, esta dosis no puede ajustarse f\u00e1cilmente antes de un entrenamiento. Sin embargo, la insulina de acci\u00f3n prolongada puede ajustarse la noche despu\u00e9s del ejercicio para reducir el riesgo de niveles bajos nocturnos. Trabaja con tu equipo m\u00e9dico para asegurarte de que tu dosis diaria se ajusta en general a las necesidades de tu cuerpo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-white-background-color has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex has-2-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-3-font-size\" id=\"content-block-a-body-copy-1-section\">Cronometrar el ejercicio<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora que entiendes el IOB, deber\u00e1s considerar el momento de realizar el ejercicio. Lo ideal es que no hagas ejercicio cuando lleves una dosis completa de insulina.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Si haces ejercicio <em>antes de<\/em> comer, tendr\u00e1s que tener en cuenta tu insulina basal\/de fondo.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Si haces ejercicio <em>despu\u00e9s de<\/em> comer, tendr\u00e1s que hacer malabarismos para digerir los alimentos y la dosis de insulina, intentando evitar que suba o baje antes, durante y despu\u00e9s del ejercicio.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El momento en que haces ejercicio tambi\u00e9n puede afectar a tus niveles de glucosa en sangre muchas horas despu\u00e9s. Si empiezas una nueva rutina de ejercicios, no te sorprendas si es necesario ajustar tus dosis de insulina a lo largo del d\u00eda con la ayuda de tu equipo m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ejercicio tambi\u00e9n puede aumentar tu sensibilidad a la insulina hasta ocho horas despu\u00e9s del entrenamiento, \u00a1incluso cuando est\u00e9s durmiendo! Esto es estupendo para tu metabolismo y tu salud a largo plazo. Los expertos suelen recomendar una combinaci\u00f3n de carbohidratos y grasas antes del ejercicio. Elegir las mismas meriendas puede ayudarte a planificar el control de la diabetes para ese entrenamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hacer ejercicio con diabetes tipo 1 implica mucho ensayo y error mientras se hacen malabarismos con la insulina a bordo, el horario y el tipo de ejercicio. Toma buena nota, lleva contigo glucosa de acci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida o glucag\u00f3n en caso de hipoglucemia, y utiliza un MCG con la alerta &#8220;Nivel Bajo Urgente Pronto&#8221; activada, \u00a1o mide
