The Poconos One Walk is quickly approaching – April 24^th our local T1D families will gather at Stroudsburg High School in Stroudsburg, PA to celebrate their amazing efforts fundraising for Breakthrough T1D and our mission. Many teams are hosting third party events, including a pub crawl, jewelry sales, and cut-a-thons! With only 18 days left, we hope to see you there!
