You might be wondering what is \u201creimagined\u201d about TypeOneNation, you might even be wondering, what is TypeOneNation Summit?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/jdrf-greater-delaware-valley-chapter-typeonenation-summit-registration-254700525127\"><strong>TypeOneNation Summit<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0is our chapter\u2019s biggest educational event of the year<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 an opportunity for T1D individuals and caregivers to come together to learn and support one another. This year, hear and learn from keynote speaker\u00a0<em>Dr. Shara Bialo<\/em>,\u00a0<em>MD,<\/em>\u00a0Division of Endocrinology, Department of Pediatrics-Nemours duPont on &#8216;Navigating the Highs and Lows&#8217;. Enjoy a breakout session from either\u00a0<em>Gary Scheiner, MS, CDES<\/em>, or our Perspectives of T1D Panel. The size and scale of the event have been adjusted to prioritize safety and limit the risk of exposure for attendees. With that in mind, our capacity is limited so we encourage you to register today if you would like to attend.\u00a0<strong>These sessions have been geared toward our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breakthrought1d.org\/newly-diagnosed\/\">newly diagnosed<\/a> families, individuals, and caregivers, and no childcare will be provided at this time.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>COVID-19 INFORMATION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Breakthrough T1D requires all attendees to be fully vaccinated*<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0against COVID-19 or provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen (rapid) test administered by a healthcare professional within 72 hours of the event\u2019s commencement.
