We are thrilled to announce that the Breakthrough T1D<\/span> Los Angeles \u201cCures on the Horizon\u201d Gala<\/a><\/b> auction is officially open, with an incredible lineup of items, such as wine and spirits, exclusive travel experiences, and sports tickets and everyone is invited to bid!<\/p>\n

Guests attending the Gala on Saturday, October 10 should have received a personal bidding link by email. If you did not receive yours, or if you are unable to join us at the Skirball but would still like to participate, please contact Tarah Kennedy.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Every bid brings us closer to curing type 1 diabetes (T1D<\/span>). If you would prefer to give directly, we invite you to support our Fund A Cure program<\/a><\/strong> to power T1D<\/span> cures.<\/p>\n

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Breakthrough T1D<\/span> Walk, Santa Barbara<\/b> on Saturday, September 26. We had an amazing day and raised an incredible $54,500<\/b> for T1D<\/span> research and cures!<\/p>\n

\nJoin Us for Breakthrough T1D Community Summit: Pasadena!<\/h3>\n

Breakthrough T1D<\/span> Community Summit: Pasadena<\/a><\/b> is an educational and networking opportunity for all those impacted by T1D<\/span>. This year, the Summit will feature a keynote presentation by the Breakthrough T1D<\/span> Medical Affairs team, highlighting the latest breakthroughs in T1D<\/span> research, technology, treatment, and care, along with the role Breakthrough T1D<\/span> plays in driving progress.<\/p>\n

Later, attendees can choose to attend a variety of breakout sessions, including exciting research updates from our partners at City of Hope and Cedars-Sinai, mental health, school, tips and tricks for managing T1D<\/span> through exercise, and the latest in T1D<\/span> tech.<\/p>\n

Thank you to everyone who trained and worked hard to fundraise for the Cape Cod Ride! Although the ride was called off due to unsafe weather conditions in the Northeast, every mile ridden and every dollar raised continues powering research toward cures for T1D<\/span>.
