- Reach out to your supporters to let them know how your Ride season is going and how close you are to reaching your goal. Did you do your own Breakthrough T1D Ride this year? Let your donors know what you have been up to!
- Make your first, or an additional, donation to the Ride.
- Expand your circle of donors!
- Utilize your favorite social media networks. Did you know that you can connect your Ride participant center to your Facebook account? Personally thank (and tag) each of your donors who give through Facebook; see how quickly others will donate!
- Ask someone whose cause you have supported to now support Breakthrough T1D.
- Forward this announcement along to your family, friends, and colleagues so that they know about the extra impact their donation will have!

We look forward to celebrating the success of the 2020 Ride Season with you this weekend at the Breakthrough T1D My Ride celebration event. Please check your email for login instructions. As a reminder, the event will begin at 8 p.m. on Friday, October 2. On Saturday, each of us will ride in our own way – on the street, a bike path, a trail or in our homes. That evening, after we cross our own personal finish lines, we’ll gather again at 8 p.m. to celebrate the unstoppable power of our community.
This match applies to donations received online from Thursday, October 1 at 12 a.m. through Saturday, October 3 at 11:59 p.m., up to $10,000. Donations are accepted through the Breakthrough T1D New England Ride Team at ride.jdrf.org. Please note match funds will not be soft credited to participant pages and cannot be counted toward fundraising package minimums.
