Santa arrives at 3:15. If you would like Santa to “bring” your child a gift, please have it wrapped with your child’s first name and last initial PRINTED on a tag. Give to Jen Amendolare the day of the party. Please limit your gift purchase to $10. Don’t forget your older kids as well if they are attending. This is a surprise for our little ones so please keep this secret!
We will have a limited amount of gingerbread houses available to decorate so reserving a house is first come first serve. Please get back to Jen Amendolare ASAP or by December 10th at the latest, and let us know how many houses your family will need.
Christ Church has been a wonderful supporter of our group. We will be taking up a Holiday collection donation to the Christ Church to thank them for allowing us to use the Church for our meetings and events. Any donation is welcome and it is optional. If you wish to bring a check please make it payable to Christ Church. We’ll have a donation basket on the kitchen counter.
Please bring some decorations/candies that your kids would like to have on their houses, with a bit more to share. No Items with Nuts please as many of our families have serious nut allergies and cannot even touch candy with nuts. As variety is the spice of decorating please let us know what you plan on bringing so we don’t have too much duplication. We’ll have sturdy platters to put the houses on so they will be easy to transport and display.
Suggested Items:
Once your houses have served their purpose and you are ready to let them go, we suggest scraping off the remaining candy and re-purposing them for our feathered friends by frosting them with peanut butter and decorating with birdseed.
**Anyone that would like to donate money to purchase gingerbread or decorating supplies versus bringing something the day of – Jen can take Venmo @Jennifer-Amendolare – reference Gingerbread Party.
