Even though we could not gather together in Boston and Maine, the work you have done and the funds you have raised continue to make a real difference for the type 1 diabetes (T1D) community. We know how hard you worked to rally support, collect donations, and champion our cause. Because of you, we’re building a movement to improve and change life with T1D, advancing breakthroughs on the way to cure the condition. Your passion, dedication, and positivity are accelerating progress toward cures\u2014we’re so grateful for your support!<\/p>\n
