About Dr. Daphna Shiffeldrim, MD, MPH:
Dr. Shiffeldrim is a board certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. She specializes in treating children with chronical medical conditions; particularly type one diabetes (T1D). She was diagnosed with T1D at the age of six. Being diagnosed with a chronical medical condition has taught her about the intimate connection between the mind and body and the power of one influence to the other.
