TEENS & TRANSITION DIABETES NIGHT

A program designed for tweens and teens!
Dr. Jennifer Osipoff, pediatric endocrinologist, will review diabetes self-care, including hands-on practice using pumps and injections.
Dr. Marina Charitou, adult endocrinologist, will meet with parents to discuss how to help their kids transition to adult care, and attend college with diabetes.
