Tee Up to Cure Golf Classic & One Night Dinner Reception

We will be returning to Fresh Meadow Country Club in Lake Success, New York for our annual Tee Up to Cure Diabetes Golf Classic. Players will golf alongside business, civic and community leaders – all while raising critical funds for type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. All golfers will receive a round of 18 holes as well as use of the driving range and putting green, lunch, a player’s gift and inclusion in the evening’s dinner festivities.

Following the golf day, with a 5:00 p.m. cocktail hour, we are opening the evening up to everyone by hosting a special ONE NIGHT DINNER, where Breakthrough T1D’s Long Island community will come together as one to raise funds towards Breakthrough T1D’s mission. Join in the camaraderie by purchasing tables and/or tickets for the ONE NIGHT DINNER as we work together toward a world without T1D!
