Join other T1D adults for a scenic one-hour walk through Golden Gate Park! This casual gathering is an excellent opportunity to connect while enjoying the outdoors. Before we head out, you’ll hear from Dessi Zaharieva, PhD, CEP, CDCES, and Breakthrough T1D NorCal Board Member, about some recent advancements and some of her favorite tips for exercising with T1D. Plus, you’ll meet lots of other great T1D adults!
