Sunset SUP and Kayak for a Cure

Join us for a relaxing evening on the water with the Wilmington T1D community! Whether you prefer to paddleboard, kayak, or simply enjoy a beautiful Wrightsville Beach sunset, this event is a fun way to connect while supporting the 2026 Breakthrough T1D Walk. 

No experience? No problem! The Wrightsville SUP team will have instructors on the water throughout the event, and both stand-up paddleboards and kayaks will be available for participants of all skill levels. All proceeds benefit the Greater Wilmington Walk for a Cure (the suggested donation is $40 per person). If you are able to give more, your additional donation will help accelerate life-changing T1D research and support programs for local families.
