The Breakthrough T1D Real Estate Games is an annual fundraiser sponsored by the commercial real estate industry to benefit Breakthrough T1D Illinois Chapter. Members of the industry join together to prove what we strongly agree – that there is a cure for T1D.
Join us for the Breakthrough T1D Illinois Real Estate Games! More than 250 of Chicago’s top brokers, property managers, developers, and industry leaders compete in a series of sporting events to raise money to support Breakthrough T1D’s mission to cure, prevent, and treat type 1 diabetes (T1D). Then following the Games, all teams, sponsors, and spectators celebrate at the after party.
All proceeds from team registration, sponsorships, and donations will support Breakthrough T1D’s mission of accelerating life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent, and treat T1D and its complications.

ANY companies and individuals can fundraise in support of the Real Estate Games, even if not planning to compete.
COMPETE
Businesses that sponsor at the Elite Champion level or above are invited to form a team to compete in the Games. With events ranging from high to low-intensity, athletic events to strategic games, there is something for everyone.
