You’re invited to attend the second annual Breakthrough T1D Summer Blast at Wayne County Community College District-Downriver Campus, 21000 Northline Rd, Taylor, Michigan. Join Breakthrough T1D, Children’s Hospital of Michigan, and our Gold Sponsor, Tandem Diabetes Care, for a day of education, exhibits, entertainment, food and networking! Stop by the display tables and hear from the experts on new T1D technology and products, have a blast with our activities and learn about Breakthrough T1D and our many programs – plus connect and share with other families. Look for the picnic tables and tent; in case of inclement weather, festivities to be held inside the college concourse area.
