Breakthrough T1D and our Teen Central Planning Committee is proud to announce the 5th Annual Breakthrough T1D Teen Central Winter Carnival. The event starts with carnival games – a chance to see how skillful you are and win exciting prizes; we then move into an interactive session for networking, sharing, and inspiration.

For Teens

Not only will teens learn how to better manage their diabetes, share challenges and triumphs, but they will also develop meaningful relationships with other teens and guest moderators who also live with T1D – in a casual and relaxed atmosphere.

For Parents/Caregivers

Hear from other parents/caregivers who are going through the same journey as you, share stories and learn tips and techniques to make this a little bit easier – after all, you are the experts on managing this disease 24/7! You will take home valuable resource materials such as the Breakthrough T1D School Advisory and Teen Toolkits plus a handful of other items from our medical and industry partners.

Medical providers and our industry partners will be present for both parents/caregivers and teens to ask questions, share information, and get insight into what’s new in T1D. Don’t miss this once-a-year very cool event!
