Children’s National Off To College Webinar

High school students age 16-18 with T1D and their caregivers are invited to this virtual presentation on transitioning to college and adult diabetes care. The event will include presentations from the diabetes team at Children’s National and a live Q&A session with a panel of young adults with T1D.
