T1D Connections Meet-Up

Breakthrough T1D Mid-Atlantic volunteers are hosting a community meet-up at the Howard County Library Central Branch on Saturday, April 12th from 10:30am-12:00pm.

 The meet up is to get to know other members in our community, share tips and stories or just simply network with our peers. This is just a chance to meet and connect with those who are going through the highs and lows of T1D and providing support to each other.
