2015 Colorado Breakthrough T1D One Walks raised over $890,000 – Thank you for every step you took!

What an amazing year for the Rocky Mountain Chapter’s Breakthrough T1D One Walk! Walkers throughout Colorado and Wyoming came together in support of a common goal: raising funds for type one diabetes (T1D) research to improve treatment options and ultimately, find a cure for T1D. Over 7,000 walkers participated in the Denver and Colorado Springs walks, raising an incredible $890,408.

“We are thrilled to see our community join together to support the millions of people with type 1 diabetes,” said Robert Garelick, executive director of the Breakthrough T1D Rocky Mountain Chapter. “Breakthrough T1D has a strategic plan to end T1D, and we are grateful to our dedicated donors, volunteers, and participants throughout this community in helping us create a world without T1D.”
