Shred415
WHAT IS SHRED415: Shred415 combines the infectious energy of group training with the flexibility and focus of working at your own level and speed. The class is an hour in length and will alternate between treadmill drills and floor work, including strength training and cardio bursts.
HOW DO I SIGN UP: We are asking that people donate a minimum of $20 in order to sign up for the class. After donating you can either —
(1) Book the class online and send Shred415 a copy of your donation receipt
(2) Forward the donation receipt to the studio and Shred415 will book the class for you.
