We understand how overwhelming the first year of life with type 1 diabetes can be and know how important it is to build your T1D support network. Breakthrough T1D Mountain West Chapter Staff and Volunteers are proud to host our Quarterly Newly Diagnosed Virtual Meet Up on Tuesday, May 10th from 7:00-8:00pm MT. We’ll share resources for T1D and answer your questions about Breakthrough T1D and our programs and resources. This meet up is geared towards parents/caregivers and adults living with T1D. Our Outreach Volunteers will be joining us to share their personal experiences of living with T1D.
