August Mountain West Newly Diagnosed Virtual Meet Up

We understand how overwhelming the first year of life with type 1 diabetes can be and know how important it is to build your T1D support network. Breakthrough T1D Mountain West Chapter Staff and Volunteers are proud to host our Quarterly Newly Diagnosed Virtual Meet Up on Tuesday, March 9th from 7:00-8:00pm MT. We’ll share resources for T1D and answer your questions about Breakthrough T1D and our programs and resources.
