Breakthrough T1D Mountain West Chapter Staff and Outreach Ambassadors are proud to host our Quarterly Newly Diagnosed Virtual Meetup on Tuesday, September 19, at 6pm MT.
We’ll share resources Breakthrough T1D has for T1D and answer your questions about our organization’s programs. Our Outreach Ambassadors will be joining us to share their personal experiences of living with T1D.
This month’s meeting topic: Volunteer Voices! We’ll spend the first 30 minutes hearing from Trisha Bush, T1D mom and longtime Breakthrough T1D volunteer, about why she loves leading volunteer efforts for her local T1D community. We’ll also hear about the Breakthrough T1D program she has lead for years, the Community One Walk! She’ll tell us about what a Community One Walk is and why it’s special for her and for so many others.
