T1Day celebrates the birthday of Dr. Fredrich Banting, the doctor who discovered insulin. In honor of T1Day the City and County of Denver proclaims November 14th World Diabetes Day and declares November Diabetes Awareness Month. Join other Breakthrough T1D families and friends at the Denver City Council meeting November 13th and represent the nearly 18,000 individuals living in Colorado with T1D. Don’t forget to wear BLUE!
