Add a gift for Breakthrough T1D to your estate plans and $1,000 will be donated to support current research!

Including a gift to Breakthrough T1D in your estate plans is a great way to ensure diabetes research will be supported until we achieve our vision of creating a world without type 1 diabetes (T1D). Include a gift to Breakthrough T1D in your will or trust, or name Breakthrough T1D as the beneficiary of a retirement account or a life-insurance policy, and your gift will qualify for the 2017 Legacy Challenge generating a $1,000 donation to Breakthrough T1D.

Taking part in the Breakthrough T1D Legacy Challenge is an easy way for you to make a lasting difference in the fight against T1D, but don’t wait. To be eligible, you must confirm Breakthrough T1D is in your estate plans by December 31, 2017.

If you’ve already included Breakthrough T1D in your plans but have not yet notified us, your gift also qualifies for the Legacy Challenge.
