The Breakthrough T1D Heartland Chapter, Omaha-Council Bluffs is partnering with Hy-Vee to create a world without type 1 diabetes (T1D). Over the next few months, Hy-Vee stores throughout the Omaha metropolitan area will donate a portion of select items to T1D research!
