We invite individuals & families affected by type 1 diabetes (T1D) for a night out!
Join us at the Diabetes Supply Center of the Midlands (DSCM). You will have the opportunity to hear about various Breakthrough T1D & DSCM resources & programs offered to the T1D community as well as tour their space & connect with others!
Appetizers and beverages will be provided.
