On Friday May 13th, we came together at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and honored the Adams family for their commitment to help Spur the Cure for type 1 diabetes.<\/p>\n<p>With the incredible support of our Nevada community, we raised $1,300,000 to accelerate life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent and treat type 1 diabetes (T1D) and its complications.<\/p>\n<p>We are so thankful to all who contributed to the success of our event. Thank you to our volunteers, sponsors, Fund A Cure donors, the companies and individuals who donated auction items and all who so generously bid in the silent and live auction.<\/p>\n<p>A special thanks goes to Weston, Shelley and Brighton Adams for sharing their T1D story and for their family, friends and business associates who supported them with such generosity.
