Will you Accept this Challenge?

Get ready! Our annual Breakthrough T1D One Walk Team Week Challenge is taking place from Sunday, October 11 through Saturday, October 17.

Team Week is a great way to build excitement for Breakthrough T1D One Walk and raise the most money possible for Breakthrough T1D’s vision to end type 1 diabetes (T1D).

To win you must be a registered One Walk participant. Get registered at walk.jdrf.org today!

Three Chances to Win Big!

1. Team Village delivered to you
For the first time ever, we’ll deliver the Team Village experience to your front door! The FIVE Walk teams (at each Walk site) that raise the most funds during Team Week will receive a special delivery of a Team Celebration Kit & Team sign so you can celebrate your hard work on November 1!

2. Participant Challenge: Cut the One Walk start ribbon
The walker who raises the most funds online during Team Week will enjoy the exclusive opportunity to kick off this year’s walk by virtually cutting the start line ribbon. You’ll be featured on our chapter Facebook as we kick off One Walk – pretty exciting! If your team members haven’t hit $100, this is the perfect incentive to motivate them!

3. Team Challenge: Walk Day Breakfast Delivery
For every $100 your team raises online the Team Captain will receive an entry to win a breakfast delivery ($100 value) to their home to share with their team on November 1 – National Walk Day.

That’s Not All!

Claim a Mile of Hope sign
Become a V1P – Anyone who raises $1,000 or more by November 30 will receive a Mile of Hope sign delivered to their house to display on their lawn or to take along their walk!

Complete the Scavenger Hunt for your Chance to Win Prizes!
From Saturday, October 10 through Saturday, October 31, the College Diabetes Network (CDN) challenges you to join our Breakthrough T1D/CDN Scavenger Hunt! Download the Scavenger Hunt Board, complete the assorted activities, and submit your items for a chance to be one of the 5 lucky winners!

We are cheering you on with virtual high-fives and cow bells! Good luck!
