Join Breakthrough T1D and the Cabarrus Health Alliance for an evening of connection and resource sharing. This event will bring together families and adults living with T1D in the North Charlotte area to share tips, tricks, and learn about all of the resources available in our community. We will have a Diabetes Educator on hand to answer questions, Breakthrough T1D will supply resources for all ages and stages, and CHA will help support you in sending your child off to school on the right foot.
