Through the <strong>T1D Connections Program<\/strong>, Breakthrough T1D Upstate New York provides in-person and virtual support groups for our community members.<\/p>\n<p>You can also find virtual events being hosted by Breakthrough T1D Chapters around the country at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breakthrought1d.org\/discover-events\/\"><strong>https:\/\/www.breakthrought1d.org\/discover-events\/<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Questions? Supervision of the children is provided, as well as games and activities.
