This year we are excited to welcome Dr. Mark Huising, from the Huising Lab at UC Davis, to provide an update on his research and recent discovery of a new insulin-producing cell. We will also introduce Grace Juarez, this year’s 2019 Children’s Congress delegate who is one of more than 160 children from across the U.S. to advocate for type 1 diabetes research in Washington D.C. We hope that you can join us and hear the latest chapter updates, honor our amazing supporters, and celebrate the successes of the year!
