CommuniT1D: Meet-Up Group

Meet with other families who are living with Type 1 Diabetes.

This monthly meet-up for this group is open to children who are living with Type 1 Diabetes and their caregivers. We will have a special activity for the kids while caregivers are able to connect and chat about life with T1D.
