Join other T1D adults for a scenic one-hour walk through Heather Fam Park in Walnut Creek! On the scenic one hour walk, we will connect in a casual setting and discuss a variety of topics related to T1D.

Please meet at the main parking lot, near the play structure and the pool entrance.
