T1D Adults Walk & Talk

Meet for a walk through the beautiful Presidio with other T1D Adults. On the scenic one hour walk, we will connect in a casual setting. Before we head out, you will hear from Dessi Zaharieva, PhD, CEP, CDCES, Breakthrough T1D NorCal Board Member, about some recent advancements and some of her favorite tips for exercising with T1D.
