A University of Florida Master of Public Health student has a survey opportunity for adults with type 1 diabetes.

Below will be a link to a Qualtrics survey that asks questions about activities associated with emotional health, the value placed on those activities, as well as questions that are specific to type 1 diabetes.

This survey is 100% voluntary and anonymous and will take approximately TEN minutes to complete. You can take it on a computer or from another mobile device, like a smartphone.
