Families in the greater Sarasota community, please join us this Thursday, October 13 @ 9:30am as we welcome our guest speaker Craig Bobik (T1D for 40 years), Breakthrough T1D Northern Florida Chapter Clinical Trials Education Volunteer. Craig will be presenting the latest T1D research studies designed to prevent or cure T1D, including islet cell transplantation, islet cell encapsulation, CRISPER and medications that may help prevent T1D in those at risk. Join us to learn how these and other Breakthrough T1D funded studies are advancing the effort to cure T1D!
