There are several ways you can help change the lives of those living with type 1 diabetes and give back to your local community.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Purchase tickets for the upcoming PLAYERS Championship to be held March 8th &#8211; 13th through the Chip in for Youth program. $40 of each ticket will come back to Breakthrough T1D! They are looking for volunteers to help with these committees: The Benefactor, Marshals and Patriots\u2019 Outpost. With any $20+ donation to Breakthrough T1D you can make a guess of how many birdies will be made during THE PLAYERS. The person who guesses the exact number, or closest to it, among all the charities participating, will win a $10,000 cash prize. Additionally, the incentive for charities to participate in the program is that there is \u201cprize money\u201d available to those charities that have the most participation in the program and generate the most money. Last year, Breakthrough T1D came in as one of the top charities and received a contribution of about $21K from the program!
