The past few months have been a bustling walk season here in the Pacific Northwest! A big thank-you to everyone who came out to support our mission. Check out some great stats below from the three featured walks.
Portland, OR Walk – October 5
- Raised right around $290,000 – far surpassing the goal
- 633 participants (including 343 new walkers!)
- 107 walk teams (with 62 new teams!)
- We raised over $68,000 more than last year!
Spokane, WA Walk – October 5
- Raised $55,000 to date
- Nearly 400 participants
- 82 teams (up from 67 last year!)
- Special thanks to Jacqui Jones for leading an amazing event!
Boise, ID Walk – October 11
- Raised over $33,600, surpassing the goal before Walk Day even started!
- 264 participants
- 42 teams
- Special thanks to Trasi Mullin for leading an amazing event!
- Fun Fact: About half of the participants were first time walkers!
