Comedy Court’s Carb-Free Cabaret: A Benefit for Breakthrough T1D

Comedy Court is thrilled to be supporting Breakthrough T1D for its August 6th show. Three families connected with Comedy Court have a Type 1 child; a teenager, a second grader, and a preschooler.

Comedy Court will be tailoring its show specificially for Type 1 Families! Just imagine a room full of people who actually understand what you’re going through…and who can laugh about it with you. For once, you won’t get strange looks when you ask your 9 year old: “are you high right now?”

This is a unique opportunity for Type 1 Families to be entertained and welcomed in an inclusive, fun environment. But don’t worry, people without Diabetes (or “Type Nones”, as we call them): you’ll have a great time, too.

ALL proceeds from the show go directly to Breakthrough T1D; the troupe is donating the cost of the space as well as its time.
