Eastside T1D Adult Community Meet Up

Who: Adults living with type 1 diabetes and the people who support them.

What: Learn new information, find resources and tools, make connections. Share success stories, spread positive attitudes, validate challenges, and leave with hope. No charge to participate. You do not need to be a patient at Evergreen Health or live on the Eastside to attend.
