Calling all corporate leaders and executives in Buffalo and Rochester! Join us for Breakfast and Breakthroughs with Buffalo Bills Special Teams Coordinator Matthew Smiley and Breakthrough T1D at either Highmark Stadium or Bills Training Camp at St. John Fisher University.

This quick, 1-hour corporate breakfast before the workday will introduce the business community to our organization, mission, and sponsorship opportunities. Coach Smiley will be our keynote speaker sharing some of his most interesting leadership challenges during his time in the military and as a coach along with some time for Q&A.

We will briefly share information on our change from JDRF to Breakthrough T1D and present the 2025 partnership opportunities for events (Galas, Walks, Community Summit), outreach, and programming in the region, state, and nationally.
