Breakthrough T1D & T1D Teens: Zoom Gathering

You’re invited to join Breakthrough T1D Upstate New York and T1D Teens at our first teens-only virtual support group. Only people who live with type 1 diabetes (T1D) truly know what it’s like, and having someone your own age to talk to can make the challenges seem a little easier.

Join us on March 11, 2024 at 6:30PM via Zoom and talk with other teenagers with T1D who just get it.
