Join us this month for a Winter/Holiday themed meeting! 

Our in person T1D Connections program allows families of children 6-11 years of age and their caregivers to meet in person once a month. Supervision of the children is provided, as well as games and activities. The parents/caregivers will have guided conversations in a separate space.
