T1D Connections Meeting – Albany NY

Our in person support groups are designed for school age children (K-8) with T1D and parent(s) of any age of children with T1D. Children will have their own space to connect and relate with each other, while caregivers are able to talk amongst themselves about the challenges and triumphs in caring for a young one with T1D.
