T1D Connections Meeting – Rochester NY

In connection with the WNY Sugar Momma’s, Breakthrough T1D is hosting T1D Connections Children’s Nights at Hose 22 in Rochester NY. Parents will gather together and the children (school aged, K-8) will have their own space to connect.
