role=\"presentation\">in Washington<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">D.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">C<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">From June 26<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u2013<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">28, 2023, s<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">elected<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Delegates<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ages 4<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">17<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">will have the unique and <\/span><span young adults who are young professionals and community leaders and are excited to actively support the advancement of Breakthrough T1D&#8217;s advocacy priority areas.<\/p>\n<p>Breakthrough T1D Advocates have helped secure billions in federal funding for T1D research and influenced policy decisions to benefit those living with T1D. Through your involvement in the AAC, you can help spread awareness of T1D and inspire youth to use their voices to share their stories with key decision-makers.<\/p>\n<p>Some of your responsibilities will include participating in national Advocacy initiatives, amplifying Advocacy messaging on social media, mentoring local youths in Advocacy and completing community service projects in tandem with AAC members across the country.<\/p>\n<p>The 2023 AAC term will begin January 1, 2023.
